The process of packing my entire life into two checked bags (combined weight of no more than eighty pounds, and combined dimensions of no more than 107 inches) and one carry on has been interesting and a little difficult. At the end one has to make tough decisions about what to leave in, and what gets cut. I mean, how am I supposed to know if I will be better served by taking an extra shirt instead of that favorite book? The answer is that I can't really know. Packing for an experience like this will always be guess work.

Many prayers!
And I feel challenged to make sure I read through all your books that I haven't made it to yet...since you see them worthy of your meager packing space.
On to the adventure, brother!
I'll kiss you and smile for you
tell you that I'll wait for you
hold you like I'll never let you go
cause you're leaving on a jet plane
don't know when you'll be back again
oh bro, I hate to see you go...
That was a very impressive inventory, and I'm glad to see that Curious George made the cut.
Love you and miss you already!
your littlest sis
You have more books than toiletries... that's my tim.
Awesome packing job, Tim! You won't be disappointed. I hope you have electricity though.
Good luck!
Scott
Tim,
Going back and reading your earlier posts, that's a solid job of packing. I'm glad that you took so many books.
Are you putting the cookbook to good use?
Blessings,
~Jason
